About MCS RI:

Montessori Community School of RI is a socio-economically diverse school filled with children, ages 18 months to 6, exploring and growing each at their own pace! At MCS RI, we celebrate the uniqueness of each child and family, and create an environment where learning happens joyfully and naturally.  The design of our new school building has beauty, comfort, and community at it's heart. We are the only Montessori school in Rhode Island that serves all children regardless of their family's financial status.

While we are very proud of our website, the only way to truly learn about, feel, and appreciate the exceptional opportunities available at MCS RI ---is to visit the school. We still have a few openings for the 2017-2018 school year and you can learn about our admissions process here. Please contact us for more information or to schedule a visit.  We look forward to meeting you!

" To assist a child we must provide him with an environment which will enable him to develop freely."
